mommy_loves_chase wrote: Can we say boring weekend????? this is the first weekend where i have had to work saturday and sunday i think my boss is trying to get me to quit lol, Usually on Saturday and sunday you would have to do patrols around the inside of the building but the other guard is outside painting the handicap parking spots because as i have come to find out most of the employees are dumb and park in them get tickets and then expect us to pay for them, you dont want the ticket dont park there DUHHH commen sence . Anyway i went to the berlin raceway with my B/F yesterday and some guy crashed into the wall and his tire went thru his window!!!! im sorry but what posseses people to drive a car where 9 times out of 10 your going to hit something?? i mean the guy was almost killed and he wants to go out and race again are you and then of corse there is always that one drunk guy well this one kept coming like an ince from burning me with him smelly cig. and me and my big mouth asked him how AA was going and then asked if he could spell Alcoholic he wasn't to happy he got up stumpled and fell in the garbage can, if i ever get that drunk i would hope someone would lock me in the car Im so board at work that this is starting to get really long so i wont bore anyone anyyyyy more
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I am working too. But our emergency room won't slow down. Why won't people stop getting sick on weekends?
mommy_loves_chase replied: because they no your working.... that would be the way i would see if it was me lol, We can trade im never busy im working at the corp office for 5/3 im almost kind of amazed that the 20 people are here that are here, (this office holds about 3-4,000 employees mon-fri)
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Okay. I understand that this is why I am here. But come on folks, going to the ER on a Sunday morning for a sore throat. Geez, why?!? It couldn't wait until tomorrow when all the docs are in their offices. Take some tylenol, drink some tea and stop talking. Gosh, I sound grumpy.
mommy_loves_chase replied: thats ok i sound grumpy too, im 5 months Pg look like a whale and the other officer expects me to do the patrols THE BUILDING IS 3 MILES LONG!!!!! i mean come on thats a lot of frickin walking. takes 45 mins to do a round and you have to do 3 inside and 3 outside psshhhh
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I remember those days. When I was pg, I was still working the night shift. 2 lab techs for 2 hospitals. There were days my butt never hit a chair all night. 10 hours straight. Ugh!!! I say, you do one of the patrols at a leisurely stroll and then tell the other guy to get off his duff. You'll cut him some slack next time he is prego.
mommy_loves_chase replied: i couldn't have done all that i would have been pulling my hair out. i just wanna go home and take a long bubble bath and curl up on the couch and watch a movie
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Sounds like an ideal thing to do. Luckily, I carried really well and managed to not gain any weight until I was 20 weeks along. But I went home nearly dead some mornings. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But there is a tech here who had 2 kids when she worked nights. Not me.
mommy_loves_chase replied: ok im big to the point where i have had stretch marks since month 3 no joke im huge but have not gained much weight just tummy getting bigger
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Hate the stretch marks for you. Mine are finally starting to fade, but I'll never again wear a bikini, I can tell you that much. Logan is worth them though. I found my first one when I was about 4 1/2 months. It was right between the two holes left from my belly button piercing. Bizarre.
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: FINALLY, the er is slowing down. Now maybe I can do a few words in the crossword puzzle.
mommy_loves_chase replied: lol good luck i hope things dont speed up
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Got the puzzle halfway done. Yippee! But now I may have to find a cheat site on the net. Hard one.
