What Kylie and I have is viral (chest cold, croupy cough) and the doc said that there's nothing he can give us. He gave Kylie antibiotics several weeks ago and it masked the symptoms temporarily and then came back when she was done with the meds which meant it was viral. We are on day 24 or 25 of this crappy thing (I've lost count at this point. ). We are feeling better but we wake up with croupy cough and sore throat every morning that goes away during the day.

Again, I hope they give you something to knock it out fast.
