Oh yeah my work does this too you get a service award after 1 yr, 3 yrs, 5 yrs, 10 yrs, 15 yrs, 20 yrs and so on and so forth! After 15 yrs you can get a coach purse!

My dad works at honda and they give their employees a booklet like that every year at christmas time. Some of the stuff is really corney though!

My hubby always gets himself a jacket when he has a chance to pick a gift from work. As if he doesn't have enough jackets.
