what is everyones plans - for Easter?

Josie83 replied: Well, easter day mass tomorrow morning with Jason, Cassie, Jason's parents and my younger sister Maria . . . unfortuntaely the Catholic church we will be going to is also the one my mother will be at but never mind! Then we're just messing about in the afternoon, maybe going to a park somewhere if its nice. My MIL is cooking us and Easter Sunday feast tomorrow night and Jason's younger brother Tom and older brother Jude, Jude's wife Charlotte and their five-year-old Thomas are coming over too . . . so it will be a full house! It should be a lot of fun, we especially don't see a lot of Jude, Charlotte and Thomas so we're all looking forward to that!

5littleladies replied: We are going to church and then going to my parents for dinner. Today we are going to Jason's mom's for dinner. Yummy I get to eat!!

~Roo'sMama~ replied: We are going to church and then dh's whole family is coming to my house for dinner. I'm breaking my back (literally...or at least it feels like it! ) cleaning today trying to get ready.
There is an Easter breakfast at church tomorrow morning and for sure we're going to that, hopefully I'll be able to get all my cleaning done today so we can go to the service too.

mom21kid2dogs replied: We'll go to Mass, come home and do the Easter Bunny/Easter Beagle thing for the kids (furry & not) and then head off to my brother's house. They are doing a ham and we carry in the rest of the dinner! All my family will be there except my brother whose a firefighter/paramedic. He makes too much holiday $$ to pass up working, I guess.

We will leave the easter baskets at the foot of the girls beds so they can find them in the morning. They are leaving them there, with their colored eggs in them, when they go to bed and in the morning, the EB will have hidden all of their eggs and put candy and small gifts in their place. I can't wait to see k's face tomorrow morning. She has not been able to shut up about the easter bunny. LOL

I would love to take them to church but I think that will happen in the next two years or so. K won't go to the daycare and she's too wild to sit though the service. I don't even want to imagine taking Lauren.

coasterqueen replied: Cary, we aren't taking the girls to church either. Especially since Dh won't go and I'm not tackling the both of them on my own. We haven't gone to church since Kylie was a bitty baby because of the nursing issue and she's too wild to get her to sit through a service.

My inlaws came up friday and DH and FIL have been have been cleaning all day. I am cooking the dinner here adn having the egg hunt. There will be 16 adults here and 4 children for dinner So i have a LOT of cooking to do. We are having Ham, baked beans (from scratch .... so proud of myself), coleslaw, easter bread (also frm scratch), rolls, baked potatoes, cheesecake and corn.

I have filled and hid 80 eggs for the kids to hide along with the chocolate bunnies and eggs I love Easter!

We did the Easter vigil tonight rather than the mass in the AM, and the kids were actually good in church!

A&A'smommy replied: we spent all day today at the inlaws and we are going to my grandparents tomorrow after church... I love easter at my grandmas my cousin is going to be there Alyssa will love her (she has seen her before but last time she was too shy to go see her) she is SOOOO cute looks just like I did at that age
