The two that we do watch are Survivor (though we've been getting bored with that lately) and American Idol.

Sometimes we will watch Amazing Race.

I'm not sure when it origionally airs...but I find it on off and on in the morning around 9 or 10....I have only seen the 1st season opener where they recapped who the kids were and there parents telling them where they were going. This morning I saw the one with the girl named Ava.

Those were my faves. I liked The Apprentice, too, but only seriously watched for 2 seasons.
