what your sleep style - says about you

There are five options and even if none fits you exactly, pick the one that best describes your sleep style, if you want to participate.
1. The log--sleeping on your side with both arms at your sides
2. The yearner--sleeping on your side with both arms in front of you
3. The soldier--sleeping on your back with both arms at your sides
4. The freefaller--sleeping on your stomach with arms wrapped around your pilow and your head to the side
5. The starfish--sleeping on your back with both arms around your pillow
Anyone who wants to, list your position and later today I'll tell everyone what these positions indicate about your personality.
Just fyi, I read about this this morning in a mainstream fitness magazine, in case anyone is wondering....
I'll go first--I sleep in the freefaller position, but with only one arm around my pillow and one arm propped under me.

It's a really interesting exercise and it's amazing how much your sleep position says about you.

C&K*s Mommie replied: If I have room (we co-sleep) I sleep in the freefaller minus the pillows.
Without room, I sleep on my side with one arm above my head, the other across my babies. So semi-yearner?

6. The Fetus--which is a fetal position.
Ok, here is what each position means:
1. If you are the log it means you're easygoing and social but prone to being gullible.
2. If you are the yearner it means you have an open nature but can also be suspicious and cynical.
3. If you are the soldier it means you're quiet and reserved and inclined to set high standards for yourself and for others.
4. If you are the freefaller it means you can be sociable and brash but also thin skinned and sensitive to criticsm. (that's me, can you tell?)
5. If you are the starfish it means you make a good friend because you listen well, always offer help when needed and dislike being the center of attention.
6. If you are the fetus it means you have a tough exterior but a soft heart.
