i was thinking of getting a sampler gift basket of them for some christmas gifts for people out of town that we wont get to see, do you think thats a good idea?

is it to impersonal?
i usually bake cookies and send them, but by the time i make them buy the ingrediants and pay shipping its probably just easier to do this...

of course it feels nicer when you bake yourself but i think people realize it's unrealistic, especially when it comes to shipping everything and making sure you put the baked goods into a container that's properly sealed, etc, and it 's just easier to leave it to the pros.
i don't think anyone is going to hold it against you if you don't bake for them as long as you think of them and you clearly are.
