User Submitted Cortina Travel System - Iceberg Reviews October 1, 2007 pretty good.. This is a very nice stroller. It maneuvers well, its compact enough, and is quite stylish. The major complaint I have is you cannot access the basket once your stroller is reclined. The stroller has to be reclined in order to support the infant seat, so if you have your seat in the stroller you cannot get to the basket. It is quite difficult if I am shopping to carry my bags and push the stroller. If I need to get something out of the diaper bag in the basket, I have to remove the seat, or squeeze my arm in between the basket and hope to pull out the right item. The next complaint is, it is quite heavy when loading into the trunk.
April 25, 2007 Its Ok I liked this stroller when I saw at the store and I got for my babyshower...The only complaint that I have is that the stroller is way TO HEAVY when you add a 15-20lb baby in the carrier it gets extremelly heavy....I am still using it because it is big and confortable for my 10 month old to sleep in, but I bought a much lighter stroller that I keep for running errands when I am alone with my daughters.....
March 8, 2007 Awesome I have this in the sahara color, and have been using it for 6 months. Both the car seat and the stroller are great. It is so easy to get the seat in and out. It is also easy to adjust the harness, and install the base. In fact, we didn't bother with a second base because this car seat is a breeze to install. The stroller steers wonderfully with one hand, and has a nice buggy type ride. The padding is lush and easy to clean. It is easy to recline the stoller seat one handed. The stroller folds easily in one step and will stand when folded. I don't think you will find a better combination (at least not for this price). Really, the only problem is that the opening for the basket is small if the seat is reclined.
January 13, 2007 Almost perfect We bought this stoller and carseat/carrier for our daughter when she was born and have been using it since. She is now 10 months and has outgrown the infant carrier but we still love the stroller. My husband and I love to comparison shop and we checked out a lot of car seats...good features were the LATCH system, levels on the side, and ease of installation (we took it on two planes and installed in several cars). The stroller is super lightweight and I am able to close it with one hand and hold my daughter with the other. The only draw back is that the basket does not move. It is hard to get to with the seat fully reclined (which it is with the infant carrier in it). Otherwise a great system!! (FYI we have the shara color but this is otherwise the same system)
