Gerber Storage Bags
When I received this product the box was open, I don't want to use the bags because the box was not protected and I think the bags are dirty or they are not higienical. I feel upset because I wasted my money, I always thought the gerber products were the best but I was wrong.

Lousy Bags
I saw these on sale so I thought I would try them. Wow...what a mistake!! They are too thin, leak easy, and don't seal properly. I use the Lansinoh bags and have much better experience with them. I especially like the double zipper on the Lansinoh bags; gives me 'warm fuzzies' to know I successfully closed the bag. The milk it too valuable to risk leaky and inefficient bags. I won't try other bags anymore...Lansinoh all the way!

Affordable, effective, convenient
I bought Gerber bags three years ago after my first baby mainly because they seem to be more economical than others. I was a pumping maniac for over 10 months--I mean, enough milk production to store a three month supply within the first month...and used these bags exlcusively to store my milk. I never had issues with leakage, etc. I am on my second baby and am still a loyal Gerber storage bag user.

Holds much more than 150 ml, great seal
These bags can easily hold 230ml, so you can collect your milk for several days and then freeze one bag instead of many little ones. Never had problems with the seal (as with Medela's bags - HORRIBLE bags!). Would highly recommend Gerber's bags to everyone!

it worked for me
been using these bags since my baby was one month. i might have had maybe two bags at the most within the last 8 months of using them. I must say - we had to get another freezer to store all my milk in, thats how much i was storing. They work really well for me. I usually freeze them overnight individually then protect them in a gallon zip loc bag within the freezer.

haven't tried any other brands since i rarely had a problem with these...

stored a ton of milk for my twins!
i went back to work when my twins were 5months old. being a twin mom, i was producing almost 50oz of milk a day and i only used the gerber storage bags. like any plastic bag, these bags will leak if overfilled or handled roughly while holding frozen milk. i never overfilled, froze the bag flat, and then stored the bags in a rigid tupperware container in the freezer. these bags have never leaked for me, so i had no reason to try any other brand - not only were they very convenient, i could find them in any neighborhood drug store so i didn't need to make a special trip to babies r us. i took away one star because the zipper closure was sometimes so firmly closed that i tore the bag along its seam when opening it up for filling. it only happened once or twice (i pumped for 4 more months) so it wasn't much of an issue for me.

All bags leak
I had over 500bags and they ALL LEAK. Gerber company knows this as I have called them and they actually admitted, indirectely, to the problem with the bags. I just dont understand why they would make them so they leak. What do they have to gain? My sister also used these 3yrs ago and had the same problem.

DON'T BOTHER!!!!
these bags leaked terribly....milk was only frozen for 2 months or so....most of these bags leaked....if you plan on freezing breastmilk, GET THE LANSINOH BAGS!!!! they are thicker, they have a double seal, and i don't think we've had a single lansinoh bag leak yet. the gerber bags are a joke, gerber should be ashamed for even putting them out for sale. you'd be better off trying to freeze your milk in a sandwich baggie.

Gets the job done!
I've been using these for 2 months now, and I've only had one or two leak. I'm careful when I freeze them that the bags don't crumple, since that seems to make them (and other brands too) more likely to leak when defrosting. And, I don't keep my milk around for more than a few weeks!

Cost - effective
We have tried several of the productos for milk storage and this is our choice. It's the best we could get for its really modic price.
