User Submitted JB Baby Playcenter Kids Playpen 8 Panel Reviews September 19, 2008 Shoddily made; overpriced Review: JB Baby Playcenter Kids Playpen 8 Panel
8-panel playpen arrived on time, but door panel was defective. The assembly instructions (such as they were) gave no manufacturer contact number for replacement parts, so I was left to ask the seller for a replacement door panel.
Seller promptly shipped new door panel at no charge and did not require return of defective panel. As others have said (see seller feedback for ibuysource), decals began peeling off immediately; the plastic feet also come off very easily. Product appears to be cheaply made and not worth the purchase price (I paid 139.95 plus 34.95 shipping).
Seller is OK but this product is shoddy. If I could give two ratings, I'd rate the product a one and the seller a four. But since I can give only one rating, I give it a two.
Please note that my review applies to the 8-panel playpen that alternates yellow & blue panels, but could just as well apply to the all blue model, and to the four and six panel models.
