User Submitted Lansinoh Double Electric Breast Pump, 1-Count Reviews November 17, 2008 Great pump! The lansinoh double breast pump is a handy tool for working moms like me. The pump is very easy to use. Also, I think it expresses my milk very well. It is no match to my single manual pump. I use this double pump 4x a day in the office and sometimes one session at night. So far, it is working great. I can't compare it from other pumps since this is my first electric one. I hope this will last long.
I just dont see any parts sold in the store. I think I need to order it from the manufacturer which I think is a downside.
November 14, 2008 Lansinoh Breast Pump I think this is a great product! I recommend it to everyone! It is in most budgets verses the Medella pump. I like this pump because it is small, light weight, and very easy to clean. I like the video that was provided with it. It goes through any problems that may arise and how to clean it. It also comes with some breast milk bags. They work great also!
November 10, 2008 Very Pleased! This pump is wonderful. I'm exclusively nursing my 11-week old son, and this has allowed me to leave the house for longer than an hour! Very easy to use, very easy to clean. With the adapter or battery, it's even completely mobile. There is no carrying case, but I've been using mine at home. The noise factor is minimal. I pump about once a day, and I've had nothing but great success in the month I've had it. The price (especially here!) is well worth it! I wouldn't bother with those expensive pumps - this should do nicely for just about everyone.
November 9, 2008 Very good value, would recommend! This item is a great buy, extremely reasonably priced. One of the valves did come off of one side of the pumps and will not stay on. It would be nice if this came with a carrying bag, but I plan to use one they handed out in the hospital. Good instructional DVD comes with it.
November 6, 2008 pumping isn't fun, but this made it easier i purchased this pump before my son was born (eight months ago)...i wanted to get a medela, but couldn't rationalize the higher price. i knew i would only be pumping a few times a day at most, so i thought i'd give lansinoh a try (loved their bags and creams). at any rate, there were several weeks when i did have to pump around the clock (unrelated breastfeeding issues), and this pump handled the job well. in fact, at one point i thought one side was pumping faster than the other, so i called the company to complain. they overnighted me (at no cost to me) a new pump to use. overall, their customer service has been wonderful! i used this pump on average about two to three times a day for six months and it is still kicking. i've never seen another pump, so i'm not sure how loud it is comparatively, but for the cheaper price, i was fine with it.
November 3, 2008 Really Good Pump I've never had an Electirc Pump before so I don't have one to compare it to. So far I like this pump alot. Its easy to use, easy to clean and it gets milk out quickly. I really like the fact that there are different suctions and speed that you can use.
October 31, 2008 Very pleased I am very pleased with this purchase. With my other children I used a manual pump and had ok results. I was able to have a back up supply of breast milk for emergencies but it never seemed like enough. With this pregnancy I decided to try an electric pump but did not want to spend over $200. I did my research and read many reviews. The Lansinoh pump was VERY well priced and the reviews were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to take my chances. I am so happy I purchased it (actually it was a present from my Mom)! I was able to cut the time I used to spend pumping manually in half because you can do both breasts at once. It is adjustable so I was able to find a speed and suction strength that was comfortable and effective. I can not provide any opinions on how effective it would be for those moms who would need to pump multiple times daily, but for occasional, once a day pumping I think it would work perfectly.
October 31, 2008 Good breast pump - Value for money This breast pump has proved to be quite useful. Pumping is powerful, yet not uncomfortable. Components are sturdy enough. Cleaning is easy.
Overall, quite happy with this purchase.

October 30, 2008 beeps The pump works really well and was a lifesaver the first week after my daughter was born. It is super easy to put together, to use, and to clean. It IS loud (dont think you'll be discreet using this at work or when guests are over, you can hear mine loud and clear from two floors away) but the noise of the pump isn't really annoying. What IS irritating is the fact that the machine BEEPS, loudly, on every pump, so the whole time you're pumping you hear "beep-beep, beep-beep,beep-beep". And if you increase the speed of the pump, it beeps even faster. If obnoxious, high-pitched, repetitive and loud noises bother you, dont get this pump. Otherwise, it works really well and is a great price, and very sanitary. The noise is really a shame, because otherwise I like it.
October 30, 2008 Awesome, high quality product Well worth every penny, buy this pump versus spending money on the other more expensive pumps like Medela or others. Had to purchase a pump since my baby did not latch on and I wanted to breast feed exclusively. I have been using this pump constantly, 6-7 times a day for the last few months and this pump works extremely well. No problems at all and I have never had to substitute with formula since I am able to pump enough to feed my baby and freeze approx 10 oz every other day for when I return to work. This pump works as well as the hospital grade Medela.
