This works well for us despite flaws
We wanted a molded changing pad to use downstairs in a our living room but we didn't want it to be obvious looking. This works well for us because it folds in half and we can store it in a bin along with diapers and supplies next to our kitchen table. Also, because it folds in half we've been able to take it on trips with us - its a bit nicer than the fold up mats that come with diaper bags if you are going on a longer trip.

The cover that came with this pad was terrible - it was of very cheap quality and the fabric actually appeared damaged! We just didn't use it. It's easier to wipe down a waterproof pad anyway than try to launder a cloth cover so you don't really need it.

Not worth trying
I was annoyed with this product a few days after using. The cover I don't even use anymore because it is a pain to take off and on. Plus the detachable sides are flimsy. Will be getting different one soon.

I just don't get the point of it....
The problem with this one is that when your baby urinates while you are changing it the urine goes right through where it folds up and right over the sides onto the changing table itself or onto the floor. you would be better laying just a towel on top of your changing table. I would buy a regular mat for the changing table and a regular fold up mat seperate for travel.

I returned it
I bought this changing pad but once I opened it up I decided to return it. The side bumpers go half the length of the pad fully attatched and the other half of the bumpers attach by velcro so that the pad can fold in half. However you must remove the cover to detach the two halves of the bumpers which makes it a pain to do and not as easy as it seems (it isn't really that hard but understand the process isn't just grab and go). When the changing pad is laid out flat the bumpers don't line up smoothly and the area where the pad folds is also bumpy. On the plus side it felt sturdy, was covered in vinyl that would be easy to clean and the cover that came with it was soft and fit the pad well. I am not really sure when you would use this product. For most travel the changing pads that you keep in your diaper bag would be fine and this pad doesn't really fold up that small so it would still be bulky to travel with.

awesome
We bought this diaper changer as an alternative to the flimsy changing table pad that came with our Changing Table. I wanted a nice "molded" pad and this one fit the bill. I love the fact that it can "travel" though we haven't done that yet with it. It fits perfect on my Jenny Lind Changing table and I feel it keeps my daughter safe and secure while I lean down to get things off the changing table shelves or while using both hands to "do the work at hand". I recommend. We are going to try this out tonight as a "co sleeper" thing in our bed as our almost 3 week old daughter refuses to sleep in her bassinet - she wants to be close to mommy & daddy so we shall try this product in our bed before we go buy a co sleeper product.

Buy another brand if available
This changing pad had fallen apart on me, and the company doesn't issue refunds. My son is only 4 months old, I would expect a changing pad to last longer then that.
Don't waste your money look for a better made brand.
