NO COMPARISON
This is the best stroller and carseat combo. So many of my friends warned me about purchasing a carseat stroller combo because of the bulk of most systems, but this is the exception. Not only is the carseat and stroller lightweight but the stroller folds up pretty small and easily fits in my trunk with plenty of room to spare. A busy mom will appreciate the flexible handle of the carseat and ease of the swivel feature when you have you hands full with other kids, groceries, etc.
The only downside is it is long and does require the front seat to be pushed forward making it almost unusable. I have an E class mercedes. But if another adult needs to be in the car they just sit in back, which no one minds sitting with the baby.
I would recommend this seat to everyone. My child loves being in this seat, he hates being in his other carseat in dad's car, making it easy to get him to fall asleep on a car ride! You really can not fully appreciate the system until you use it on a daily basis.

Worth the money
We don't have a car and live in an urban area. We needed a stroller that would be easy to use on subways and buses. We looked at lots of them and we are so happy this is the one we chose. It's so easy to put up and down, the 360 rotation is incredibly useful, and it's narrow enough to roll down the aisles of buses and subways where other people struggle with their wider bulky strollers. It's light and easy to carry. And it looks great. People stop us all the time to ask us about it. Highly recommend this even though it's expensive - it's totally worth it.

Orbit Baby Stroller System, Mocha
Depending on which new car you have to buy to fit the car seat in. This thing is HUGE !!!!

I have a midsized car (a BMW 3 series). The car seat will not fit behind the seat and so can only be installed in the middle, which is fine for me as this is the reccomended position and I don't particularly need the benifits of the easy load/unload. But then the leftover space is tiny. You MIGHT be able to SQUEEZE a small child in beside the seat. So it basicaly drops my car down to a 2 seater.

My wife has an Audi STATIONWAGON and with the seat installed behind the passenger side, even she cannot fit in the front passenger side (she's 5'6 and weight about 140). Installing it in the middle defeats the entire benifit of being able to easily load the seat and turn it.

It amazes me that a company that lauds itself as eco-friendly would design a system that requires a gas burning SUV or at least a large sedan to function in a convienient way.

I have no problem with the system itself in terms of looks or as a stroller, But for the price, I would expect a little more thought in the design. It looses most of the convenience, which is the reason we bought it over the bugaboo. If I were to do it again I would get the Zappy.

I am very worried that the toddler car seat will not even fit into the car, again, making a $[...] system useless after the infant stage

this stroller rocks!!!
I am a new Mom...so I researched and researched before the big buy...all of my friends swear by the bugaboo....they are all very jealous of my Orbit. People stop me on the street to tell me how "cool" it is and I can't help but give a demonstration of what that stroller will do. It makes life so much easier with a baby! The paparazzi shield is the best and I couldn't live without the smart hub and the convenient way the seat rotates...makes getting in and out of the car so much easier. I love the diaper bag down below, very convenient. The stroller base is truly one handed closure. Love love love this stroller system!!!

I love my Orbit !!
My new arrival and I have been hitting the road in Orbit and loving it! The car seat is so solid and safe, and she sleeps really well in it. I take a daily 3 mile walk with the seat on the stroller base - I love being able to turn the seat so she's out of the sun or wind, and it's so easy to push and maneuver.
My husband and I are always competing to get to push the stroller! And it's visually so striking - I never go out without many people stopping to comment on how cool it looks.

Lastly, as a petite woman, it's great to be able to handle all the gear one-handed. The one-handed folding mechanism means I can just throw the wheels in the trunk. In the car, I can put the baby in the seat, then turn it to face the back. It makes it so easy to get her in and out, and no back injuries from stretching into awkward positions.

And the pod is the greatest diaper bag around! holds everything including my purse. I will definitely get a toddler seat when she's big enough.

BEST CAR SEAT/STROLLER EVER! HANDS DOWN!!!
The Orbit Baby Stroller and Car Seat Combo is the best product available. I did extensive research on what to get and Orbit surpasses all the other strollers/car seats by far. It is the most functional of any stroller that I researched and "test drove."

Better than Bugaboo, Peg Perego, MacLaren, not just BETTER, the BEST. It is safe and secure for your little one - nice and "cozy wozy." The 360 degree spin feature makes getting in and out of the car a breeze and the one handed collapsible stroller feature makes life so much easier. As any parent can attest, the little things make such a difference, they make life so much easier, and the people at Orbit know this - they designed this stroller with babies and parents-using-one-hand-most-of-the-time, in mind.

I know it's pricey, but it is worth it. Why spend a few hundred on a car seat, another couple of hundred on a stroller and additional dollars on a diaper bag when you can buy the Orbit system that has it all! And with Orbit, you know that it all matches beautifully, is totally safe, and everything fits! And when your little one gets older, you can buy the Toddler Seat for a mere $150 and there's even a Bassinet with Rocker (!) for $229.

Everywhere I go, people comment on my stroller. Even people without children, okay? It is a serious headturner. But the most serious thing about Orbit stroller is that it's safe and lightweight. The fact that it's aesthetically pleasing, spins 360 degrees, has a cool "paparazzi shield" to block the sun, wind or rain, closes with one hand, comes with a diaper bag, can go over grass, gravel or sand, and is a car seat/stroller seat all in one is just the icing on the cupcake.

Look no further.

And NO, I do not work for the company :-)

It's functional, it's stylish, and it's the safest thing out there!
My favorite features of our Orbit are the singled-handed twist fold on the stroller, the 360-degree rotation and the cargo pod, but I'm just starting to appreciate how amazing the car seat itself is. Because of its versatility, convenience and style, there was no question that we were getting the Orbit so I never even looked at other car seats. Now that our daughter is born, I've been going to a weekly moms' group and I've had an opportunity to check out various alternative models. The Orbit car seat is by far superior to anything else out there. I get comments from other moms all the time about how safe my car seat looks, how easy it is to load, and how much my baby seems to like being in it. Other babies protest and cry when they're being bundled into their car seats, but Carson calms right down the minute she's enveloped in the sanctuary of her Orbit. On the rare occasions when she does fuss, I can rock it easily with my foot or swing it back and forth using the soft, comfortable handle.
