Works great, no/little odor
My son (5 1/2) saw a commercial for Underjams and had to try them. They work well, no leaking and no ripping. He feels like it's a step up from pull-ups which he wore when he was younger. One major plus is that they have very little odor after they are made use of. I just have my son throw out the underjams in the garbage can in the bathroom every day (we long ago gave away the diaper pail). On day two or three the pull-ups would really stink and it would remind me to throw them out properly. I accidentally went a week without even smelling the underjams, so I completely forgot to take them out (did take them out today!). I didn't notice any odor, and there were 7 underjams in the can. It does not have a tight lid, just a swing lid. Life happens, and sometimes we forget, but it's nice to know it doesn't make the bathroom stinky!

Mother of twin boys. No ripping here!
I have twin 4 y.o. boys who are very rambunctious. They wear Underjams every evening to bed and we have never had any ripping, as I have read on other reviews. Maybe the ripping occurs on larger children who do not fit in the product properly. Perhaps Pampers should read these reviews and make an even larger size, as several parents have commented on.
For our age range and purpose, they work wonderfully well. For the parent who said that it isn't obvious where the front is.... actually the predominant design is on the front, whether it is the lizard or the number. It's the same on all of them, and if you have a child old enough to put them on himself, he can be taught that, and your problem is solved.
I wanted to add my review so that parents who haven't tried the product won't be turned off by the "ripping" posts, as I, a mother of enthusiastic twin boys, have never had any ripping.

Not big enough underjams
This product was disappointing. It said that it was supposed to fit up to 85 lbs. and that is not the case. They rip to easy and don't fit up to 85 lbs. They don't fit up to 75 lbs. properly. Now I am stuck with 2 3/4 packs unused and had to spend more money for another product.

Great product!
These are the best there is to offer for your children. They hold a lot of liquid and they are really comfortable for a child to wear. Super soft! They don't crinkle when the child moves in bed and they sit below the waistline, where every child I know wears their pants. The one downside (because a lot of older children have this nighttime bed wetting problem too) is they should come in one size bigger. Some of my son's school mates are larger than average (unfortunately quite common these days) and these would be too small for them.

UnderJams Diapers
The UnderJams diapers do a good job of containing the wetness. They are comfortable and remain hidden under clothes for daytime use. The downside is something has to be worn over them or the sides will fall apart. They work well for big kids but we need a new larger XL size and the sides need to be stronger. These actually absorb as much as a regular Pampers Dry baby diaper. These are going to be great for kids who need protection at school or on trips.

Not exactly what I had in mind, but...
My son is 10 years old and still has nighttime bed wetting issues so we use this type of product nightly. We have been using "Good Nites" since he out grew the "Pull-Ups" brand. We tried the Under Jams to see the difference. My son can't tell which is the front vs. the back of the item so that bothers him. The other brand prints a "tag" in the back. It worried me too since it's a boy product and we want the protection more up front. If you can't tell the front from the back, then that's difficult. Also, it seems to ride up on him and I bought the large/x-large size. My son is 5 feet tall and weighs only 75 lbs. It's not his weight that is forcing them to ride up his behind. I like the price, but if the fit is not as expected, I'm not sure we'll buy them again. However, he occasionally will produce so much urine that the Good Nites would not hold it all. We haven't had that problem with this product yet.

UnderJams are ok
These are worth trying out. The UnderJams hold a lot more than the Goodnites. You don't have to worry so much about leaks. They are totally quiet and you don't get any crinkle sound at all. The very, very low-rise means they won't show at all. They are also soft and very comfortable. There is just one big problem with them. The sides will rip and break apart at different places after just a couple hours of wear. Until they fix this, they are pretty useless for the entire night.
