Love it, Love it, Love it!!
I purchased this whole set in the cognac color. The 5-drawer chest, 3 drawer dresser combo(with the door) and the matching crib! This is an absolutely beautiful set of very good quality that I continually get compliments on.
As with most things you order, it takes some work to put it together, but with a few screwdrivers, a hammer, and a power drill, it's no problem! In fact I did it all myself, and wouldn't let my husband or father help!
The customer service is also great. I had one item come in damaged. They immediately sent another via fedex.
I highly recommend this set. You won't regret it.

not bad
I really like the way this crib looks, but the drawer is cheaply made. We didn't have any problem getting the bed in time and it was actually delivered a little early.

Wow really disappointed!
Well, This is my first baby. I was very disapointed with this item.. First we bought this crib wit the matching dresser haha what a joke.. The crib came first had some spots chips and paint fading on it.. and MISSING PARTS We ordered 15 days ago and my baby is due next week.. I am very happy with the changing table however that too was missing parts.. So we just got those but still no crib parts... I was just very unhappy with there service and the importance to get me my stuff. Cause when u miss parts u deal with the company it self NOT amazon...

Better then expected
after reading all the horror stories, I was slightly concerned about ordering this crib. These concerns were completly unfounded. The crib was very well packed, delivered within a week, and took little over an hour to assemble. All in all I'm pleasantly surprised. The crib itself is not the best quality, but it is on par with some of the $700-$800 cribs we looked at. Bottom line, if you like the looks, this is a good deal for the $$.

Lovely crib arrived quickly and in excellent condition
I had added this to my baby registry to give far-flung family an idea of what we were interested in. After reading all reviews provided, I removed the crib but it was too late--beloved grandparents had purchased their first gift for their first great-grandchild. Thus it was with trepidation that my husband and I awaited this crib, thinking that we may need to refuse the package or arrange for a return; at the very least, we might need to contact the manufacturer to obtain replacement parts for damaged pieces, especially given Storkcraft's quality problems in 2005.
We were pleasantly surprised upon receipt of a well-packaged crib in perfect condition. While my husband put together the larger body of the crib, I assisted with the smaller pieces. Instructions were very clear and a lovely crib was assembled for our first child.
The only drawbacks I could find were 1) the weakness of the drawer base (strong enough to hold clothing and small toys, not strong enough to support a toddler trying to climb), which can be easily remedied by substituting stronger wood; and 2) the expense of matching pieces available online as we don't have many furniture stores in the region.
We've since converted the crib to a daybed with no trouble, and will be investing in a toddler bed and converting the Stork Craft unit back to a crib for our surprise second child. This is a piece of furniture that will stay with our children for years.

pleased customer
We ordered the Aspen Stages Crib in Cognac on January 8th and received it on January 16th. It took approximately 3 hours to assemble. The directions were not complicated and included pictures. The wood looks very nice. This crib is as sturdy as some of the $500 cribs we saw at the store. Best of luck to everyone with their cribs and their little ones!

DO NOT BUY THIS CRIB
I liked the design of this crib because it looks great on the picture and has a drawer.
But listen, after a week of waiting I got it damaged - headboard was broken. Then I returned and ordered a replacement. And what! It came damaged again. You won't believe but I tried to get it replaces the 3rd time. Well, you probably know what happened because I gave this crapy crib only one star. If it'd be possible, I'd give a zero. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A HEADACKE THIS IS A RIGHT CRIB FOR YOU. Otherwise look for something else.

Beautiful Crib!!
I was a little nervous about ordering this crib after reading a few horror stories under these reviews. I ordered it anyway, allowing myself plenty of time to return the product and find something else before our daughter arrives, should anything be wrong with it.
Once I ordered it, I received a notification that it would be delivered between the 1st and 5th of December. It arrived on the 1st! I was ecstatic that there were no problems with the delivery, but was still skeptical that the pieces would be in the box and be in good shape. All of the pieces were there, and only one pieced had minor, minor damage and once it's all put together you can't even see it. The one difficult part of assembling the crib is that the pieces are not labeled, but the pictures are enough to figure out what piece is what.
The crib is beautiful and I cannot wait to show it off to our friends and family!

Incorrect parts supplied
We purchased this crib online in July. After my baby shower, my husband tried to assemble the crib. Instead of 2 left hand and 2 right hand corner posts, there were 3 right hand posts and 1 left hand post. The crib is impossible to assemble. It is a shame as it is very pretty. Also, when I tried to call the phone number on the box, the number was consistently busy and we were unable to reach anyone at the Storkcraft company. As our baby is due in 2 weeks, I guess we will have to go to the store and purchase an alternative. We are very disappointed.

Storkcraft Nursery Furniture
Hello, I wanted to let everyone know the difficulty we have had with this company. First, we ordered the crib, dresser/changing tower, and armoire. We received everything but the crib in 8 weeks. However 11 weeks after we ordered the furniture and several phone calls with the company, we finally received the crib. The crib was poorly packaged and was scratched up with ~2 inches of wood scraped out of the headboard and footboard. Upon closer inspection we realized the stain didn't match the other furniture. After e-mailing them this there response was well the crib is made in another country than the rest of the furniture and that's why it doesn't match exactly. To make matters worse the directions were very poorly done. My husband is very handy with tools and furniture and this crib took him several hours to put together. After everything was done, he realized it was missing the drawer and parts that was supposed to come with the crib. Our baby is due in 3 weeks and I don't think I am going to get the replacement parts for the crib in time. I have never had as much hassle with a company. I will never order anything from this company again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
