Just pass on this one
I chose this item because Amazon offered free shipping. Don't do it.
The screws pop out, the holes are not drilled properly. The finish is uneven and it is VERY UNSTABLE. Woobley! The last thing you would like is your furniture to fall on your child!
The back panels are almost cardboard thin and don't meet! In other words, there is a crack in the back of the armoire that is a half inch wide and you see your wall! The interior is WHITE ... which if fine for a white piece but mine was wood (faux wood) in color.
It's a piece of junk. I would try another brand. It's not worth the time and effort to return, its heavy to ship back.
Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Get what you pay for...
We've had this armoire for a year and a half and I'm afraid its not going to last much longer. It wobbles every time you open the doors or close a drawer.
You have to install your own rod if you want to hang baby clothes, which is tricky because the side walls are so thin the screws easily poke through.
This line of furniture is OK if you can't afford anything else. We also bought the crib and changing table, with shelving unit. The crib is sturdy, but we've had real issues with the changing table not staying screwed together and the shelving unit being flimsy.

Pretty good quality for the price
I received this item in good time, had no problems putting it together (even though I was 8 months pregnant) and loved the look of the piece. I would have been happier if there were more solid wood pieces, but it is a good product for the price.

Looks Beautiful, Though Instruction Manual is Terrible
The chest looks as in the picture and that is what I liked, though the instruction manual can not get any worse than this. My husband is very handy so he did not have such a hard time, although it took him 5 hours to put together, he got through it fine. Instructions are not clear and they do not guide you right either but the chest looks nice in my baby room.

Excellent Value
My husband and I are very happy with this armoire! We have a small apartment with little storage space and this armoir is the perfect size providing loads of extra storage. I read other reviews so I knew it didn't have a hanging bar, but I knew I wasn't going to be hanging clothes. One thing I didn't expect was that it was white inside, but it makes it easier to see. We had it put together within an hour, instructions were easy to follow. A solid piece of furniture well worth $240.

A nice addition to our kitchen
We needed more pantry space and this was a cheap option to get it. The first one came damaged and missing parts, but they replaced it so that is not a problem. The bottom of the drawers is weak, and the drawer facces come off too easily, but I can add an angle to strengthen that joint and use the drawers for lighter foods so I am happy with the product. The color is wonderfull.

BE CAREFUL
This item is NOT Natural finish - it is OAK finish. If you make a mistake and order this item, thinking it's Natural finish (because that's what it looks like on-line), you will be required to pay EXPENSIVE return shipping! The manufacturer will not accept returns and the shipper will not pick it up. You MUST make the return through Amazon (utilizing USPS, UPS or some other shipper) and Amazon is INFLEXIBLE in insisting the customer must pay. So be CAREFUL when ordering! The manufacturer, storkcraft, says they still make the item in a Natural finish and that it is available through Babys"R"Us via the Amazon site. Not true, according to Amazon. Also, packaging on this item for shipping is, from all appearances, wholly inadequate to prevent damage. My "one-star" rating is for Amazon's customer service, not for storkcraft. But the whole setup is frustrating. Better to buy something locally.

Received armoire with some dent on wood.
Some of the pieces were dent when I opened the box, it was too late to returned it back, I found out that wood was dented after I had trashed shipping box.

Condition
I would not reccomend this product. It was cheaper at Amazon.com than walmart, but It took forever to get. It took two weeks for us to get it. When caption said ships 5-7 days. Than when we did get it, several pieces were broken. Major pieces. When I called the company, (which I was on hold for 30 minutes) then told me that we had so many pieces that were broken (5) that we needed to return it. I told them no, it's over 100 lbs and I am 7mth preg. they then changed the tune and said they would ship the parts they would be here in 4 weeks. Another mth. So it took almost 2 mths to get this product. It is not worth the problems. Plus, nothing was labeled, and you had to figure out what pieces were what. Plus, the shelves inside the unit are WHITE, the armoire is natural but the shelves inside are white. I called the company and they said this is true.

TERRIBLE
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. POORLY MADE AND IT WAS SHIPPED DAMAGED. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAY TOO MUCH CONFUSION FOR A SIMPLE ORDER. SUFFICE TO SAY I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BABIES R US AND WILL NOT USE AMAZON .COM.
