Disappointed by product and the shipping.
Buying this crib online might save you couple of dollars initially but it is not worth it. The packaging used for shipping is almost certain to result in some damage to the crib. Replacement of parts is done only if it is a small part or two. In our case fixed and dropside rails hade crushed edges and unsafe splinters as a result. Slats were unfinished with abrasive surfaces. So we were told to return the crib through the entity which we bought it. The customer service experience will vary with the operator from poor to acceptable.

THe crib design is good but i would not recommend buying online. Our baby is here and we have other things to take care of instead of spending time on this any more. Few dollars we saved earlier were definitely not worth it, for this otherwise nice crib.

Extremely disappointed
I was so disappointed in this crib. We spent over $200 and it's all scratched and chipped. It's not very sturdy and the drop rail is a joke. You pull the side up and there are small notches at the bottom that is suppose to hold the rail up. Well, if the baby grabs it and shakes it at all, the rail comes right down. We have to leave the drawer open so the rail can't fall all the way down. Trying to work with Storkcraft is a joke too. They close at 3pm pacific time and they are on the west coast, as are we. They want a crib number, even though we know the crib name and can locate the crib on their web site by name and it has no number. The wood is light weight and really cheap. I highly doubt it's going to last longer than crib use. I've seen so much better built cribs for less money, just not as pretty. So if you want pretty instead of quality... I guess this is an OK choice.

5 Star Rating for an Awesome Crib!
We got this bed for our second child. The whole experience from ordering to receiving and using it has been great. Amazon promptly shipped the bed...we received it before the scheduled arrival. The online photos accurately portrayed the bed and its coloring. The bed arrived in great condition. There was only one scuff mark and it was in a location under the bed where you cannot see it. The bed is more sturdy and nicer than the bed we had with my first child. The rail goes up and down easily and most importantly quietly. The drawer under the bed is great for storing extra bedding and toys. The directions for assembly were not the greatest, but manageable. After reading a mix of reviews about this bed, I must admit that I had some reservations. Those reservations went away with the arrival of this crib. I would buy it again and recommend it to others. Best of all, it comes with a great price. The only thing negative that I can say is that I am not a fan of having to store extra parts to it so that it can be converted into a bed for an older child. With that being said, I still have no choice but to rate it 5 stars! (By the way...this was my first time ordering online from Amazon...great experience!)

Amazing packaging and Quick delivery
It was delivered very quickly, and very well packed a slight difference on the color since it looks a bit darker online but i still like it!! great place to buy plus it was free shipping and I really shopped around best place overall BUT after I assembled it the drop side its horrible and easy to brake the thing that secures it its very simple and impossible to fix in addition the bottom drawer somehow falls from the metal slider so I don't know what to do since I have put it together 3 times, but oh well too late now to be able to return it its been a year since I bought it I am military so I had to move

Easy to Assemble
Nine months preggo and I did it all on my own. The directions were fairly straightforward once you had them laid out. Very nice and exactly what it claimed to be.

Pure Junk
This is the worst crib I have ever seen!
The directions are so far out there that I don't think a rocket scientist could put this thing together. The drawer broke with one month of having it together. If you are going to use a mobil be prepared to have it on the front because there is no room for it anywhere else!
It is by far the worst product on the market in the line of cribs. The cost for this crib is $209.00 it should be given to parents first to try it out before they dare charge anything over $50.00! PURE JUNK!!!
*Be very aware of the packaging & trying to get Storkcraft to send you replacement parts*

Too much money for the poor quality
Unfortunately, we ordered this crib without reading any reviews. We ordered it from Cribs.com and paid $329!!! It looked so nice and pretty in the pictures and I really liked the drawer underneath. I was so excited to receive it and put it together. As soon as I took it out of the box, I was overcome with disappointment. The crib felt very flimsy. All of the wood pieces were very thin. Nearly every piece was scratched or nicked. The headboard had a huge gash in it. The finish was terrible, some places were light, others were dark. Some pieces did not even have any finish on it! Many of the bars felt as if they had not been sanded and would have scratched any poor baby's hand who would happen to grab on to it. Also, the color looks much darker than oak. The whole crib was just cheap. It looked like you could break the bars in two like a pencil. Fortunately, Cribs.com fully refunded us our money. We sent Storkcraft digital pictures and they didn't even want it back - we donated it. Do not buy this crib unless you can get it for less than $100. There are so many cribs out there that are so much nicer and sturdier with a better finish for the same price or less than what we paid. I do not think I would try anything else by Storkcraft after this experience. I am just grateful I got my money back.
