The Sure Comfort tub is perfect for your growing baby. Because of the deep design, it holds your baby better in both single and double sinks. Made with mildew resistant pads, this tub even includes a special drain plug that changes color if the water gets too hot.
User Submitted The First Years Sure Comfort Newborn to Toddler Tub Reviews October 8, 2008 Love it! I love this first years tub! i spent a lot of time looking at reviews on different tubs and i am glad that i decided on this one! it makes bath time very easy and fun. I loved the sling part when my daughter was tiny and now that she sits up on the toddler side, she loves it! Best baby bath ive seen and used!
September 26, 2008 Fits well; don't trust the temperature sensor Our baby has really liked this bath. Now that she's sitting up its starting to get pretty messy, though. The bath fits well, and is small enough to store easily. The one big problem is the temperature sensitive plug. I filled the bath with very hot water to clean it out and the plug slowly changed color. I would not trust it at all. So if you ignore that "feature" it's a great design.
September 9, 2008 I like this tub a lot I got this tub as a baby shower gift and have been using it all the time. My baby tries to get up in it as some people write, but this is not the tub issue, this is just the thing babies do. I like that it has a toddler seat. My son is 8 months old now and I use it when I do not want to wait till the our big tub is filled with water (I use bath tub ring Aquababy).
The only thing I would have added is to put a strip thermometer. Then the tub would have been perfect. But it is really not a big deal since I have a floating duck thermometer and it works great.
Very good purchase!
September 7, 2008 Great tub. I purchased this tub for a friend but she really loves it so I guess I would recommend.
September 6, 2008 Perfect for my newborn! This tub was the best tub that I could find with good features offering one side to lay in an angle and another side for your little one to sit up. My newborn son enjoys taking a bath in it and it fits perfectly into the kitchen sink. It also gives him room to grow. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or give it as a give at a baby shower.
July 12, 2008 Not great past 4 months My son did fine in this tub until he was old enough to want to sit up. He is constantly pulling himself forward out of the reclined newborn side. We have tried to put him on the straight up infant/toddler side, but because he is still a supported sitter, he falls forward alot. Also, on the straight up side there is NO PADDING and his tail bone presses into the hard plastic (the one time we tried this side he came out of the bath with a big red make on his tailbone!). We are in the process of looking for a new tub.
July 5, 2008 nice tub I think it is a good bath tub for this price. It looks nice and for different ages but I find it hard to wash my newborn s back because you can not turn him around when he is in the net/sling.So I need to wash his back first and then put him in tub,a little inconvenient.Overall I like the product.
June 26, 2008 Great tub! We used this for our 1 week old son today and this is a great tub. I love the non stick and non-slide. for infant, I give this a great score
May 22, 2008 May be fine for some... I just never got the hang of this tub, my big boy always winded up sliding around on the slick surface.
May 22, 2008 Better than any other baby bath! This is the best baby bath out there. We've tried many, and this simple, inexpensive tub is the best. From brand new born, until toddler age, (just put them in the other direction) it is the easiest, and most comfortable. Even the newest of babies can lean comfortably back in this tub for bathing, and they will grow to love water. Forget the tubs with a sling - the water is at the perfect level for the smallest baby and they enjoy being immersed. Now we have a big toddler, and he'll still sit in it when we put it on the bench of the shower and shower with him.
