My Little Guy LOVES This DVD!
I bought this DVD after reading some of the reviews here. My 18 month old already has the "Blues Biggest Stories" DVD and loves it. So I thought he'd love this one as well! I was right! He sits for all 4 episodes. It's a great DVD if you favor Steve (since he's in all the episodes) instead of Joe.

A "must get" for your little one!!

danielle down memory lane
danielle...the quintessential blues clue child..well not today...yesterday when she was four...thirteen now and certainly beyond the tape..but not the memories...we enjoyed it together, more for me than danielle..i have a librarian friend ...who once said...every adult once a month should read a book for children...enjoy your teenagers once again...watch blues clues.

good dvd
This was a life saver on my vaction. I bought 3 blues clues dvds for my daughter to watch on a 7 hour drive and they kept her attention for most of the trip. She now asks to watch Blues Clues at home all of the time.

He loves it...
It's Blue. It's Steve. What more can you say? It's not dated even though the word classic appears in the title. My son watches it over and over. He prefers it over the 10 Year Anniversary collection and I agree.

Great Blue for My Preschooler
Blue's Clues is wonderful entertainment for my 19 mos old and my 3 yr old is a fan as well. Many children's shows bore my 3 yr old quickly. This was a wonderful collection of episodes that captures my 3 yr old's attention and holds on to it. It actually got him really excited about going to school. We're not Blues Clues experts, but I'd say this video is definately worth the money! You've gotta love Steve.

Great DVD
Of course I recommend all of the Blues Clues DVDs. I think they area great learning source for toddlers. Each dvd has atleast 4 episodes on it, which is great when this is all your little one is interested in. And NO advertisements between the shows....a plus when it's in my household as my toddler doesn't understand the concept of commercials. All of the Blues Clues DVDs have helped him learn so much more than he was interested in learning from his parents.

Great older episodes! Where can I find more Steve episodes??!
This is a fabulous DVD of some classic Blue's Clues. I have only recently discovered BC with my 22 month old, and he simply loves the format of this show. Steve Burns is such a natural -- his facial expressions are expressive and priceless (even winking at the parents at times) and he just grabs my little guy's attention. We love the reliable "characters" and the pawprint clues and "handy dandy notebook".

I'm not keen on too many children's shows other than Sesame Street (the ultimate classic), but this is an amazing DVD of some great BC episodes. HOWEVER, the newer episodes with Joe simply don't have the same feel. I don't blame Joe, he's just not as natural in the part and my son picks up on that. He constantly asks: "Steve? Where?" Also, the newer episodes don't follow the same tried and true format -- there are new "bells and whistles" that don't really captivate or engage the children as well. We simply want more of the older episodes with Steve! Is there ANYBODY out there who knows where I can find more episodes with Steve Burns, or which episodes they are?
THANKS!

a good show
i like the fact that it prepares kids for a school environment. periwinkle can get annoying, but i guess the kids dont mind.

Blues Clues at Dollar General
I just bought this VHS at a Dollar General for $2.50 a week ago. Just wanted to let everyone know, before they started bidding on something they can get for dollars down the road.
