For me, it was when we went to Oregon. It was our first time there, and it was beautiful. Cameron was only 6 months old at the time, so we drove at night. We stayed with DH's Grandpa, who has a house over looking the ocean. It was so beautiful and peacful! We stayed for a week and didn't want to come home! I wish we were there right now.

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Hmmm, hard to pick a favorite. But it would probably be the time we went to Puerta Vallarta as a family when I was maybe 8! Our neighbors family owned a house there which looked like a castle to me at the time. It had it's own private beach just down the cliff from the house. We went with two families, so I had lots of kids my age to play with plus my sister. I loved the culture and the food, still do, and I have so many fond memories of that time! The local kids thought I was cool because I wore a Menudo t-shirt...

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: My favorite...probably Hawaii with dh's family. We all flew out (well I was pregnant w/ matt but didn't know it yet) and spent 5 days the IL's renewed their vowes on a cliff overlooking the water. It was really fun...and paid for by someone else

C&K*s Mommie replied: There have not been many vacas for us. The traveling we do is not really vacation, we have so many people to see in a short time it really is not a get away.

But I would say our honeymoon was great! We just went to Valdosta, GA & just enjoyed our time away before Christian made her appearence in the world!

and last year we went on a 7 day cruise to Miami, Bahamas, and Key West
we are going to Floida in 2 weeks..

holley79 replied: I would have to say my favorite vaction was to Austria. I got to go with my trainer when I was 18 and got to go to the Spanish Riding School. I DID not want to leave there.

luvmykids replied: Palm Springs, CA. We go every year and I always have a great time. DH is in a tournament so I get some complete R&R all by myself, but then we also do fun stuff together.

My2Beauties replied: Probably the first year we went to Vegas - we had a blast! The second year it wasn't as much fun oh and to be honest one of my most memorable times with Brian was when we first met we went to King's Island. That was the funnest time!

BAC'sMom replied: Camping in the Hill Country (Texas) last summer. We went to Inks Lake for 5 days with all 3 kids. They had such fun! We used to go when I was little and it was great to take my kids there. We also go to ConCan and float on the Frio River
It's truely some beautiful country!

Mom2BNTN replied: Would our honeymoon count? We went on a Carribean cruise for our honeymoon and now we both can't wait to go on another one. We thought we would go one another cruise for our 1st Anniversary, but since I can have our baby anyday now that won't be possible. Oh well, there will be other times later on for us to do that.

If not, then I would have to say when we went to Gatlinburg last year and my Dh proposed to me!! It was late October and the leaves were so beautiful! We were inside the cabin roasting marshmallows when he left the room and came back and got down on one knee and told me he loved me and couldn't live without me and would be honored if I would become his wife. For the first time ever in my life I was speechless. Of course I finally did manage to get the words out "YES, YES, YES I will marry you! That is one of my favorite memories.

kayla's mama replied: We've only been on two. Gatlinburg for our honeymoon then a cruise. I would have the say the cruise was the best. We can't wait to go on another

booey2 replied: Well my favourite one as a single person has to be when I went to Europe on highschool on a 10 day trip we saw London, Paris, Rome, Asissi, Calais, Pisa and had a train ride thru the Swiss Alps. I also love our honeymoon, we went to Jamaica and stayed at the Sandals INN in Montego Bay. We had a great time and I think we are trying to go back again for our 15th wedding anniversary in3 years time. Thomas should be 7 by then and Matthew will be 11 (his birthday is in July so he will be 11 buy the time we go) so I will have to find sitters for the week for them. I wanna go now, if it doesn't at that timing then we will wait for our 20th and go for 2 weeks because the kids will be more than old enough 12 & 16 (agh)

All these posts makes me want to take another vacation soon!

coasterqueen replied: We don't do any huge vacations as a family yet, because our girls are still young and want to wait til they are old enough to really enjoy them.

I really have MANY favorites that Dh and I went on before we had kids. Ryan's dad got these awesome trips through work every year and his dad would pay the majority of our stay/travel etc since we were so broke. New Orleans and Arizona were probably the 2 most FUN vacations ever, but at that age any drinking trip was fun.

Edward's Mommy replied: I don't think it was a vacation but it was my senior year of high school. My Marching Band went to California. We marched in the Disney Parade they have in Disney Land. Ever since, I've wanted to move to California

CantWait replied: Well we really haven't been anywhere big, so I'd have to say our weekend in Prince Edward Island. We had a great time there. I saw the ocean for the first time, and watched an outdoor theatre play.

My3LilMonkeys replied: I would have to say Myrtle Beach my senoir year in HS. It was my grandparent's 50th wedding anniversary and all of my Aunts, Uncle & cousins were there. We all had a blast and it was the last time I saw my grandfather - he passed away 2 months later.
