Wheels and casters broke after 9 months of use
This crib is OK. The wheels and casters on ours broke after 9 months. We have had it now for 2 and 1/2 years, and everything else seems to be holding up OK. For the price, it's not bad. I wish I could buy replacement whels and casters though.

Awesome Crib. But buy it for less at WalMart or Babies R Us
This crib is fantastic. Simple to put together -- no tools are needed. It has held up to our child extremely well. He jumps in it and everything else a little boy does. It has all the bells and whistles of more expensive ones. It got Consumer Reports top rating too! Just don't over pay for the crib here. Check out Walmart and Babies R Us to get it for around $110.

High Quality Crib, Great Value
This Jenny Lind crib is fabulous! This is actually the second crib we've purchased for son. The first, a more expensive Babi Italia model, came severely scratched and the hardware was of such poor quality, the side of the crib never stayed up. We kept it for 6 months before buying this new crib. We've had the Jenny Lind crib for the past 3 months and it performs like an expensive crib should! It's classic lines make it a timeless addition for any nursery. And, without a doubt, the hardware, the woodwork (great finish with absolutely no scratches) and the attention to detail on this crib make it the best value out there. I *highly* recommend this crib.

Nice crib for the money
We bought this crib for my daughter when we found out she had a little brother coming along. The crib is sturdy and very durable. We already had a Baby Bassett crib that cost $350 and there is a definite difference in quality, but not so much that I wouldn't buy again if I had too. We just needed this crib until she was ready for a big girl bed which will be soon.

We also bought the matching changing table, which I would not recommend. It is very flimsy and wobbly. The shelves, including the surface for changing the baby is made of corrugated wood and bends and flexes very easily. I would not put a baby over 20lbs on this. The shelves constantly fall out of the grooves as well.

Great Crib!!!
Even though i didn't order the crib through amazon i still feel the need to share my review. The finish is a great, but beware of the instructions. They are a little confusing but with a little common sense it can be put together in no time. The only con is that the hardware is not black but brown, and the casters, which we decided not to use since we have carpet, are gold (YUCK). Other than that i love this crib, it feels solid and sturdy and I can't wait for our little boy to try it out in a few weeks...now i'm off to order the matching changing table through amazon :)

Ok
What I didn't realize was that this crib was not adjustable. I bought this crib for my house so that when my grandson visits, he'll have his own bed.
I like the old fashioned look, but I think it's very basic. This should not be used at the primary residence if the more affordable version can be obtained.

It's not bottom of the barrel, but not the best buy.

Quality baby bed
I don't have a lot of expertise in the area (this is our first baby), but it appears well constructed. Several reviews mentioned difficulty with assembly, but I found it fairly straight forward, although it was helpful to have two people when bolting the spring into place. The gold wheels look a little cheezy, so we left them off and it looks like a classic.

Jenny Lind Crib
I am very happy so far with this crib.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it did come with a broken end peice and there was no phone # to call and report this, only an email address. The company did send me a new peice in a timely manner but it was very distressing as a soon to be mother to not know what is going on when you are just waiting for a reply e-mail, that did take about 3 days for them to get back to me. Then I received the new peice in about a week.
The crib seems very sturdy and I was able to put it together myself at 7 months pregnant. I am hoping that it will hold up as well once the baby arrives.

LOVE this Crib!!!
The crib is beautiful! We like the "old school" look of it. It's very sturdy. A little difficult to understand the assembly directions if you've never put together a crib before. The standard size mattress fits into it perfectly. The drop side is easy to operate - can drop the side with your foot or your knee - doesn't require 2 hands. The baby will love it!

Worth It!
I bought this crib for our summer home. I wanted something sturdy that would be easy to take apart/put together and store at the end of the summer season. I also wanted it to last for future kids, but didn't want to pay alot since we had already purchased an expensive crib for our full time home. I am very picky and since my daughter is already 20 months, I needed something that could withstand toddlerhood. Based on positive reviews I purchased Da Vinci Jenny Lind in Cherry color. I love the crib! The only problem that I see with the crib is, the wheels do NOT lock. So on hardwood floors the crib rolls if your toddler jumps and moves. On carpet it would be fine, you wouldn't know the difference. My husband taped the wheels so they wouldn't move and that seems to work. The crib itself is VERY sturdy even for a toddler who likes to run back and forth in the crib. It also has a clear teething bar on the rail for biters. Overall, worth the money, looks like you paid much more for it, sturdier than it looks online and it is not a bulky piece of furniture. I would recommend this brand and style to anyone.
