User Submitted Fisher-Price Zen Collection High Chair Reviews November 25, 2008 zen collection high chair looks great I've used it for a month now. My 6 month baby loves sitting in it. It matches our dining table and it's so easy to use and clean. would definitely recommend.
November 25, 2008 Great Looking & Functional High Chair!!! I must admit I ordered the Zen High Chair for its looks - despite some reviews that it might be "too small" or the baby is able to remove the "top tray". Well I must say it is just gorgeous in my dining room, my baby is not able to remove the extra tray that goes in the dishwasher, there is plenty of room in the high chair for her and I can get her in and out of it just fine. I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone who is still concerned about "fashion" even with a little one around... :)
November 4, 2008 Great High Chair! I purchased this chair for my 6 month old who is starting solids. The chair is easy to assemble and very attractive when set up. It perfectly matches our kitchen! It is very adjustable from tray closeness to height to recline and easy to use the harness to pop her in and take the tray on or off. The perfect match of user friendly features and looks.
October 24, 2008 Great and functional!!! I really love this highcahir, its very modern and functional. I love that it is durable and the wood base is awesome. I do think the straps should have been a dark color, they are cream and the food shows on the straps and looks pretty nasty but other than that I love it and my son does too!!!
October 21, 2008 Looks great but tray can be tricky Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R9ZLZ4U6WHDDS
October 2, 2008 I am so glad I bought this high chair. I bought this chair earlier this year. My husband and I had just bought a new home and new dining room furniture. We'd been using a booster seat for our 15-month-old, but the new chairs are cloth-covered and so it seemed like a good idea to get a "real" high chair. I picked this one out because it matched the decor of our dining room. Because our son was already 15 months old, we never used the infant insert. He's now 18 months and nearly 30 pounds, and he still fits in the chair easily. He also climbs into it when I'm not looking, so I'm thankful that it's pretty sturdy even if the wheels aren't locked. There are a lot of cracks and crevices to the chair, so if you're into getting things super clean, this may not be the chair for you. With two cats and a toddler, I myself have given up on super clean. I decided to come back and write a review because of the many times my husband and I comment to one another how much we love this high chair.
October 1, 2008 great chair for my baby This chair is perfect for my 7 months old baby. I read some reviews about it being too small for children. Well, mine seem to fit fine in it with still some space to fill in. Tray in quite big, easily detached and washed. The height is adjustable and the back easily reclines. The covers are also easily washed. My baby tends to wipe her hands against the head support so i wash it regularly. It is great for both bottle and self-feedings. The legs of the chair are a bit tricky. Watch out not to catch them at the beginning, they are quite wide. The chair fully serves its purpose and i figured it is a good investment since the baby will use it couple of years. Besides it has a certain style and can be a part of the kitchen or the dinning area. Recommended.
September 21, 2008 Looks aren't everything... We liked the look of this high chair and being first time parents believed it had the functionality we needed. The chair is fine overall, but very difficult to clean. The removable dishwasher tray is easily removable - so easy to remove that it is the first thing my 9 month old son does when he gets in the chair. So that's useless and he just eats on the main tray, which is not easy to clean. The tray has many places for food to get stuck, which are very difficult to clean, and I would say the same thing for the rest of the chair. As the tray does not extend out very far over the sides of the chair it is easy for my son to reach down and grab them, getting food stuck in the cracks where the pieces come together. Without a taking the entire chair apart (and I mean into pieces using a screwdriver) you'll never be able to get it really clean. I wouldn't buy this chair again or recommend it to a friend for that reason.
July 3, 2008 Great Highchair, worth the money After searching for a high chair for my 5 month old that is practical and not a complete eye sore for my kitchen, I decided to give this Fisher Price Zen high chair a try. I am sure glad that I did! First of all, it was easy to put together - in about 10 minutes I had the high chair put together and ready to go. The seat is very well padded and very supportive for a baby who cannot quite yet sit up independently. The high chair has 3 reclining positions which are also nice for the different stages of your babies development. My favorite thing about the high chair is the fact that you can remove the tray with one hand. Yes, I can hold my baby in one arm and remove the tray with the other - and must I say, very easily too! Another favorite feature of mine is the removeable and dishwasher safe tray insert. This is great because you don't have to spend your time scrubbing the tray to get it clean, jus throw it in the dishwasher. There are many features that make this high chair worth the money and I highly suggest it to any parent looking for a user friendly high chair for their baby. Happy feeding!
June 15, 2008 High Chair Not bad, seems a little tight with the tray on for my girl (weighs 23 pounds, so not much room to grow with the chair. Rollers don't seem to roll very easily either, but incidental, we don't roll it far.
