Great product
Strongly disagree with the negative reviews here. We have twins and received ours as hand me downs from other parents of twins who strongly recommend them. Now at 8 mos. we value them still to the point that we packed one in a large suit case and took it on vacation. The single battery vibrator is just strong enough to help break up gas bubbles and ease newborns to sleep. It saved our sanity during the first 6 weeks. A bigger stronger vibrator would make the overall seat much heavier. The clip on cover and toybar is great. The cover helps block light to let little ones go to sleep after feeding while holding them in an upright position to reduce reflux/spit up. The toys that come with the toybar are too small for new borns to reach, but you can take plastic chains and dangling toys from a Gymini to dangle toys in their lap. Both twins reached for and grabbed toys in this seat before they did in the Gymini. This is a TOY BAR NOT A HANDLE. Not reading directions or using common sense is dangerous. The carry straps that go underneath the seat are secure and well attached and designed so that you can carry the seat close to the ground from a full standing position so that if you trip your baby is just inches off the ground.

The adjustable base which lets you tilt it rather than rock is great for holding a feeding position. We can feed two babies at once in this position, and our daughter now balances a bottle on her teddy bear and takes 90% by herself in the chair.

Good rocker, but needs work
Overall, I've been happy with this rocker, but for the price, I expected more.

Pros:
- Good looking chair
- You can use it from day one (the chair fully reclines)
- Once the baby is big enough he/she can rock themselves with their weight
- Folds nicely and compactly (it would be easy to travel with)

Cons:
- The harness straps are cheap and extremely difficult to take on and off
- The cover is attached to the toy bar, and you cannot push it back making it impossible keep the toys hanging without full cover
- It's impossible to take the baby in or out of the bouncer with the cover on.
- You can barely feel the vibrator. It's almost pointless to have it as a feature.

Very badly designed
This rocker is badly designed and cheaply built. For example, it is very uncomfortable to get the baby in and out of it. More importantly, the front handle only holds as long as the hood is in place. If the hood gets out of its base, then the whole handle folds and detaches from the chair. This is extremely dangerous and it is very hard to understand how the guys at Maclaren missed this.
Avoid.
