Best Pads
These pads have been great for me. With my first baby, I used washable pads which were very obvious under clothing and did not prevent my shirt from getting wet during let down. My baby and I both got thrush several times because of the dampness. I have a four month old now, and opted to go the disposable route. These pads cover very well, and the absorbency power is amazing. I agree with other reviews, that the pads do not stick to the bra very well ... but I don't even bother with the stickies. I just make sure to position the pad well after nursing, and it stays in place on it's own. Best part - no thrush this time! I go through about a box a month. Money well spent :)

Best choice
I tried Lansinoh, Avent, Johnson and Medela pads... Medela was by far the best. They all hold the milk well (and I always had a lot, A LOT!) Why is the best? Is the only one I used that was really discret

Most absorbent, although fit could be improved
These are the only nursing pads I buy now, after trying many. I agree with the comments of other reviewers: the pads do bunch, and don't always stick as well as could be hoped. However, I leak like CRAZY and these are the only pads that can keep up. The Lansinoh pads fit nicely, but they leak for me! (What's the point!) These don't leak, and are thin enough not to show through.

Works well, very comfortable and discreet
These pads are great. They're thin yet absorbent. You can't see them under your clothing, which is nice. They are shaped, so they conform to the breast. I don't even know I have them on! My one complaint is that they are individually wrapped. Not only is it a waste of plastic, it makes getting dressed in a hurry inconvenient. I have ripped a few pads trying to open the package while my daughter is screaming her head off in the next room. But, overall, a good choice.

bulky and inconvenient
It works but is not my favorite. There is only one small spot of adhesive, so the pad moves every time you feed and it's a hassle to re-dress yourself. Also, it's a flat disk and the "contouring" is accomplished by creases (wrinkles)... these don't last but they increase bulk and show through clothing.

I prefer Lansinoh Ultra Soft pads, which have two adhesive strips and elastic gathers for contouring. They are also a lot softer.

the itchy and scratchy show
I swore I'd come back and write a review about these pads. I read so many reviews, trying to pick the best ones before I started nursing, and went with the Medelas. Within days, I had to find another brand - not fun when you've just given birth!! They are awful - so itchy and the pleats make them bulky and lumpy under any kind of shirt. They drive me crazy. The Lansinoh pads are hands down the best.

perfect disposables
thin enough to wear with fitted clothes and very absorbent. the best out there. i do agree that it is not for mothers who nurse often as they are not that durable if handled often.

The BEST
These Medela breast pads are by far the best! I have tried Lansinoh disposable, cotton washable pads, etc. These pads are soft and comfortable and after a little while of wearing them, they lie flat so you can't see the wrinkles through your shirt. They hold a lot of milk and it keeps the moisture off of your skin. I absolutely love these pads. Remember to stock up, especially if you haven't had the baby yet!

These actually hurt me!
I have C-cup and I found that the fit was terrible. You could also see them under my clothes. But worst of all - it actually dried onto my nipple and tore some skin off when I tried to remove them!!! I threw the rest of the box away. Then I tried Lansanoh pads, both super absorbant & ultra thin, and loved them both. No problems with sticking. I don't recommend the Medela nursing pads at all.

The only pads I will use
They are perfect for my usage. I have tried others and these pads are my favorite. Gerber pads end up with beads of white stuff after a while, I have no idea what they were but I threw them out. I have no problems with these pads and would reccommend them to any nursing mother.
