Pleased with purchase
I was very leery about purchasing this crib after reading the reviews. Some people had issues with the product showing up damaged. This did not happen to me and I am very pleased with the purchase. This is a decent crib for the cost. It was pretty easy to assemble and looks nice! I do wish there were white plastic coverings for the gold hardware that shows on the front of the white crib.

Ahhh the crib
This crib is very nice. It looks beautiful. I only have one small comment: the bumper pad has no place to hook onto because of the closed sides, so it kind of hangs together at one corner. I hope the baby doesn't realize this too quickly and start pulling it into the crib.

Still Waiting!
When I first ordered this item, it said it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. After two weeks, I checked on the shipping status. It had been changed and I had not been notified. I had to search to find out that it would be yet another 8 weeks until delivery. Needless to say, I'm disappointed and I don't even have the crib yet.

WOULD NOT BUY THIS CRIB
WE WAITED THREE WEEKS FOR THIS CRIB TO ONLY FIND PEICES BROKEN AND IN BAD SHAPE. THREE HOURS LATER WE FINALLY FINISHED PUTTING THE CRIB TOGETHER AND DISCOVERED THE DRAWER IS EXTREAMLY BAD QUALITY. FOR HOW MUCH WE PAID FOR THIS CRIB I WOULD THINK WE WOULD HAVE RECIEVED A PRODUCT THAT WAS A LOT BETTER THEN WHAT WE HAD! I THINK THE DESIGN IS GREAT BUT NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!! THERE ARE BETTER CRIBS OUT THERE!!

Cheaper at Walmart.com
I ordered this crib and the Beatrice accessories sight unseen. I have to say I absolutely LOVE it.
The Negatives:
Hard to put a mobile on it but with a little rigging it can be done.
Directions were a little hard to understand.
Dropdown side not as sturdy as the rest of the crib.
It did come with a few very minor dings but none visible when put together.
The Positives:
Beautiful crib.
Very solid and sturdy.
Safe.
Will make a beautiful toddler size daybed also will be beautiful as a full size bed.
Has a storage drawer underneath for blankets and extra sheets.
Overall I highly recommend this crib if you are looking for a modern convertible non traditional crib. It is definitely worth the price. I just wish it could have been purchased somewhere that you don't have to pay the shipping charges (I think you can order it at Baby Depot but I don't recommend it. I tried to order the Beatrice accessories and after 14 weeks the pieces still didn't come in so I cancelled my order and ordered it all from walmart.com. The crib and Beatrice pieces are all cheaper at Walmart.com including shipping and taxes.

Very happy with the new crib
I was a little unsure about ordering this crib. I read some of the reviews about shipping issues and trouble putting the crib together. My husband and I put the crib together in less than two hours. Two pieces of wood have dents more from wood quality than shipping. I recieved the order in just about a week from the time I placed the order (7 days earlier than I had expected it based on estimated ship time). It is so pretty and has everything I had wanted in a crib. I would have given it 5 stars but the two pieces of wood were a little dented - not perfect but very close.

Broken Pieces
I reluctantly ordered this crib after reading the reviews. What a mistake I made. The crib arrived in a pretty beat up box and when unpacking the pieces there were several that had scratches on them. The back side of the crib has a huge chunk of wood missing from it, making is impossible to even put together. [...]

DO NOT BUY!!!
We purchased this crib in December because it is so beautiful and the drawer was an extra-added bonus. When we opened the boxes, the wood was split down the middle of the headboard and the legs, and there were scratches and cracks everywhere. We had it shipped back and they sent us another one. There were very minor little flaws on the wood, that I was able to look past because I loved the crib so much. My husband put it together and the drawer would not work because the tracks were not close enough together, I decided to look past that as well because again I loved the look. Yesterday I was in the nursery looking at everything like I do everyday, anxiously awaiting our little guy to get here in April or May, and noticed that now the headboard has a 6 inch hair line crack splitting right down the middle! The baby isn't even here yet, and we haven't even had anything in the crib besides the bedding on it! Nobody even goes in that room! We're in the process of getting a refund and buying a new crib. There is a "Madison" crib at Babies R Us that looks similar and doesn't seem to fall apart from the reviews that I've read. It's too bad that Storkcraft can make such a beautiful crib, but such low quality!! Thank goodness we have a bassinet for the time being.

Storkcraft Not Worth the Headache
My wife and I ordered this crib along with the matching armoire and changing tower, and we were EXTREMELY unsatisfied with ALL 3! All 3 pieces came with parts broken, and the changing tower came without a single fastener in the entire box. We returned the armoire and changing tower to try again, but when we got the second shipment in, we had the exact same problem again. Both times we received the armoire, both sides were cracked completely in half. When I called their customer service, they indicated that this problem is not all that uncommon. The crib had enough pieces in tact that we were able to only order replacement parts. However, the replacement parts also came broken. In 6 attempts to ship us furniture, Storkcraft failed miserably all 6 times.
